El presente proyecto final impulsa la utilización de los paneles CLT (madera laminada encolada) fabricados en madera de Pino Ponderosa reforestado en Río Negro, como nueva alternativa constructiva, poniendo en evidencia las ventajas que tiene el<br/>empleo de este material. Se implementan dichos paneles en un módulo habitacional, para el cual se estudió el diseño de los espacios, de modo tal de lograr un modelo óptimo y funcional. Se realiza el cálculo estructural, sometiendo el módulo a distintas cargas de sismo viento, nieve y montaje con el propósito de poder localizar el proyecto en cualquier parte del país, trasladándolo totalmente terminado, mediante una producción en fábrica para garantizar la calidad. Se realizó también el cálculo de uniones para el correcto funcionamiento estructural. Posteriormente, se estudió y definió las estratigrafías componentes del módulo.<br/>Finalmente se realizó el estudio económico. |
