En el marco del Proyecto Final Integrador de la carrera de Ingeniería Nuclear con orientación en aplicaciones, se encara como tema el estudio de la posibilidad de implementar una automatización y robotización en el proceso de producción del radioisótopo Molibdeno-99 (99Mo). En primer lugar se estudia en detalle cada etapa comprendida en el proceso de producción del 99Mo y las tareas que se realizan en cada una de ellas con sus respectivos requerimientos. A partir de este análisis se plantea una de las tareas para implementar una posible automatización con la finalidad de obtener beneficios al nivel de producción y de seguridad del trabajador. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se desglosa en detalle la investigación realizada y la propuesta de automatización. Respecto a la parte de automatización, se describe el estudio de robótica necesario para poder implementar el uso de un robot industrial en un entorno con exposición a una fuente gamma. |
