Propósito del trabajo. Fue detectada en el sector del AGRO la necesidad de un sistema que reemplace los clásicos sistemas de dosificación de siembra, los cuales siempre fueron resueltos con cadenas, embragues, cajas de cambio o relación de engranajes, las cuales realizaban la tarea de dosificar semillas para siembra según el recorrido de la maquinaría que lo realizara. Los mismos hoy en día son robustos pero siguen implementando sistemas Hidráulicos o Neumáticos, los cuales tienen un alto porcentaje de fallas en sus sistemas, produciendo al agricultor mucha pérdida, en cuanto a tiempos y costos de reparación por las piezas que fallan debido a la baja disponibilidad de repuestos de las mismas y la complejidad de estos sistemas.<br/>Descripción de la solución propuesta<br/>Para cubrir esta necesidad, se buscará diseñar, desarrollar y fabricar un sistema dosificador de siembra directa totalmente electrónico, sin transmisión, cadenas, embragues o cajas de cambio, minimizando de esta manera los costos y la posibilidad de fallas en las piezas que lo componen. Por otro lado, potenciará la funcionalidad del mismo permitiendo otras tareas como variar las tasas de población por fila de siembra, variar la distancia entre semillas, evitar la carencias de siembra en el campo, o incluso elegir qué sector debe dejar de sembrar, con solo setear dichas opciones en el momento de forma inalámbrica a través de un dispositivo tipo Tablet o Smartphone. |
