Objetivo General. Diseñar un programa para gestionar las actividades de mantenimiento en las máquinas y en los equipos críticos que forman parte del proceso de elaboración de harina de trigo en un molino -- Objetivos Específicos. 1. Identificar el proceso de elaboración de harina -- 2. Diagnosticar la situación actual de mantenimiento del molino -- 3. Analizar y desarrollar el lay-out del proceso existente -- 4. Determinar las actividades críticas en el proceso de manufactura -- 5. Generar el manual de mantenimiento del molino -- 6. Diseñar un sistema de gestión de inventario y reposición de repuestos -- 7. Diseñar un programa de mantenimiento de acuerdo al estudio y análisis de los datos relevados -- 8. Determinar los beneficios de los cambios propuestos vs. no realizarlos -- 9. Integrar y revisar el proyecto y validarlo con el responsable de la empresa. |
