El proyecto aquí presentado tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un ancla de torque para sistemas de bombeo por bombas de cavidades progresivas. El ancla de torque es un dispositivo que bloquea la tubería de bombeo contra el desenrosque y permite la extracción de fluído de manera segura. El trabajo incluye el análisis del problema, el desarrollo de modelos matemáticos para la comprensión de los mecanismos, la ingeniería conceptual y de detalle, el ensayo de prototipos y el desarrollo de proveedores para la fabricación del del producto final. El equipo desarrollado cumple con las especificaciones establecidas. Actualmente, se encuentran instalados tres equipos en pozos de petróleo, funcionando correctamente. |
